The Tale of the lost Tiger from his human Owen, while true, once became one of the great social marketing platforms to highlight the Tampa Airport. The staff and marketing team successfully reached out to its target market by showcasing all the acts of kindness that can happen at the Tampa Airport. It put the Tampa airport on the Map for being able to draw in positive marketing campaign with a message of kindness and community that happens at the Tampa Airport. The social consumer experience was addressed by telling a story. Yes is was done successfully because it made national news. The story was a winner in the 8th annual Shorty Award, in customer service.
Their webiste does a basic job. There is nothing eye catching or draws me in
Take a look at the company’s current website, major social media page, or mobile site, if applicable. What is the company doing effectively now? How are ethical engagements in social media helping with effectiveness? If the company is using a mobile application, how does the app meet the consumer’s need?
Tampa International airport, Instagram page has 180 thousand followers. Its tag is flytpa. I think that is a very small amount considering how much traffic goes in and out of there. When I clocked on it, it had no active story or reel going. OT averages an bout 3-4 posts a week and they are bit on the humorous side showcasing areas of the airport. I don’t feel like it is drawing me in I did not find the page helpful at all either. Its highlights are old too. Those need to be updated.
